Queen’s Prize regal at Kempton

Queen’s Prize lived up to her name at Kempton on Monday afternoon when triumphing in the second division of the Class 5 fillies’ maiden to reward her Majesty The Queen with a first £6,000 BOBIS prize.

The aptly-named filly was bred by The Queen out of the Daylami mare Daring Aim, for whom Queen’s Prize is a fifth winner from as many foals. Daring Aim was herself a winner over 1m4f and is a half-sister to the Oaks runner-up Flight Of Fancy.

A daughter of Dansili, Queen’s Prize is trained by Sir Michael Stoute and was partnered by Tom Queally.
